Conditions of Use
 We provide Website features to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop with us, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. If these conditions are inconsistent with such Terms, the Terms will control.

Electronic Communications
When you visit our online store or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of our company or its content suppliers and protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of our company and protected by UK and international copyright laws. You’re Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Jelly Tots sells items to adults, who can purchase with a credit card or other permitted payment method. If you are under 18, you may use this site only with involvement of a parent or guardian. we reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

If your event is on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday then please select the Fridays date before your event, (Bank Holidays Inc)

You are required to pay a £50 deposit against minor damage per costume hired, if there is damage resulting in a higher cost then the customer is responsible for paying any outstanding amount . your deposit will not be refunded if you chose not to go ahead with the hire, we reserve the right to with hold the deposit paid if you no longer require the costume. Deposits are normally refunded within 14 days of return of the costume, but can take up to 28 Days to be returned.
If you fail to pay the deposit fees within 10 days of your hire date then we will not refund any fees already paid against your costume(s) *
All deposits are held against your total order(s).

You are welcome to collect your order on the Friday before your event and must be returned on the following Tuesday. You are required to bring a £50 cash Deposit per costume and you must bring a photo driving license as proof of ID, we are opening times are as follows. if you choose not to collect your costume or no longer require the costume, then the deposit that has already been paid will not be refunded.
Tuesday- 10am-12pm 
Wednesday- 10am-2pm (no collections allowed)
Thursday- Closed
Friday- 10am-12pm
Saturday- Closed
If you wish to contact us outside these hours then we are available via telephone (5pm) and Emails (8pm)

Damages or Missing Items
On receipt of your costume it is the responsibility of the customer to check for any damage or missing items immediately and inform us instantly any damage or missing items by emailing us straight away, any claims made after this time will be deemed damaged or lost at the customer’s premises and will be chargeable, if the damage or lost items exceeds your deposit then we will pursue for the outstanding amount.

Delivery & Returns 
Please Note:

We book the courier on your behalf and any issues arrising from this you need to take up with the courier direct
We use Parcel Force worldwide for all of our Costume deliveries, there is no static time they will deliver as you will be set on a delivery round by them on the day of delivery (Normally Friday), It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure someone is at home to take Delivery as there is a signature required. The courier cost is £12.50 each way and we can supply a tracking number on request for you to contact the courier company direct to see if they can assist you further. It is also the customer’s responsibility to make sure that when the costume is delivered to them and checked on deliver for damage. Parcel Force will return on the following Monday to collect the costume from you , it is the customers responsibility to make sure the costume is in perfect conditions and well packed back in the container and secured, please make sure the costume is available for collection on the return date and failure to do so will incur charges. 
If you fail to pay the delivery fees within 10 days of your hire date then we will not refund any fees already paid against your costume(s), * 

Amending Orders
If you wish to amend any part of your order like change costume/date/hire period/delivery address then there will be an additional £10.00 admin charge

Late Returns
If you are not in when parcelforce attend to collect the parcel(s) then you will be charged a rebooking fee (£12.50 Per costume) and a late return fee of £20 per day per costume. The customer  undertakes the responsibility of making sure the Hire products are returned to us.
If a collected costume is not returned  on the following tuesday then there will be a late fee of £20 per day applied to your security Deposit.

Missing Items.
Any item missing from the returned Hire will be redeemed late and a fee will be charged at the late fee of £20 per costume per day.

Cancelling Orders
If you cancel your booked order for any reason you will be charged 40% of the hire fee for admin charges, if you cancel your order within 10 days or less of your pre booked hire date you will not be refunded any hire/deposit cost as we would of held the date for you and refused other customers the opportunity to hire the Costume for that date.

If you fail to pay the delivery and remaining deposit fees within 10 days of your hire date then we will not refund any Hire fees already paid against your costume(s)

Our right to not accept your order or cancel your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) in (amongst others) the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs:

* the product is not available / in stock (any payments will be refunded);
* your billing information is not correct or not verifiable;
* your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
* your bank transfer payment is not received within 10 calendar days after acceptance of your order;
* we have reason to believe you are under 16;
* we have reason to believe that you are a reseller;
* there was an error in the price quote;
* we could not deliver to the address provided by you.
* other reasons not mentioned above which we do not have to disclose.

You are bound by the above terms and conditions and agree to the above during checkout, if you do not agree with the above terms and conditions then please contact us before purchasing so we can clear up any concerns. If you do not agree to the above terms and conditions then please do not purchase from us.
